Get ready to turn pavement into masterpieces! Rhinelander Chalkfest is a vibrant celebration of creativity, community, and color. Artists, both local and from all over the Midwest, share their art! Chalk artists create from 7:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Public viewing from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Awards to follow.
