This historic race offers a scenic and memorable course for runners of all levels. 2026 Paavo Nurmi Marathon Event Details Friday August 7, 2026 Registration & Packet Pickup @ Hurley K-12 School from Noon-7pm -Spaghetti Dinner @ Hurley K-12 School, Time TBD -Kids Race @ Hurley K-12 School, 6pm -Twilight 5K Run - Start & Finish at Hurley K-12 School, 6:30 p.m. -Torchlighting Ceremony @ Corner of 5th Avenue & Silver Street, 8pm Saturday, August 8, 2026, Final Packet Pickup @ Iron Horse Trailhead, Corner of 5th Avenue & Silver Street - MUST BE PREREGISTERED - NO LATE REGISTRATIONS! -The Paavo Nurmi Marathon, Half Marathon, & Relay Start @ 7:30 a.m. -Full Marathon & 5 Person Relay Start in Upson. -Half Marathon Starts in Gile. -Post Paavo Party on Silver Street from 10:00 a.m.-3:00 pm.
