Named after legendary Finnish runner Paavo Nurmi, The Paavo Nurmi Marathon is Wisconsin's oldest marathon and celebrates the rich Finnish heritage of the Hurley area while welcoming runners from across the country to experience the beauty of Hurley and the Northwoods.
