2026 AM Connections - Quarter 3

Through AIDT (Alabama Industrial Development Training), Goodwill Gulf Coast offers leadership skills training that can help individuals become more effective leaders and lead to improved job performance. Classes are limited to 25 participants and filled on a first-come, first-served basis. There is a $60 fee for the first class and $30 for each of the two remaining monthly classes. Participants must attend each class in full and pass an online assessment to receive a certificate. Certification tests are given after each class with successful completion resulting in the participant receiving an AIDT Leadership Skills certification.
