2026 Leadership Series featuring Dr. Nathaniel "Mike" Perry, Dean of the College of Space, Intelligence, & Military Operations at Columbia Southern University

Through AIDT (Alabama Industrial Development Training), Goodwill Gulf Coast offers leadership skills training that can help individuals become more effective leaders and lead to improved job performance. Classes are limited to 25 participants and will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis. Due to limited capacity, companies are allowed up to five participants per class. There is a $60 fee for the first of the three monthly classes and a $30 fee for each of the two remaining classes (to cover lunch and administrative costs). There is no cost for the training. Participants must attend each class in full and pass an online assessment to receive a certificate. Participants must bring a laptop, iPad, or phone to complete the assessment and survey at the end of each session. Certification tests are given after each class with successful completion resulting in the participant receiving an AIDT Leadership Skills certification.
