The touring comedian and crowd-work specialist brings his sharp, improvised set to the Comedy Catch at the Choo Choo. A reliably funny Thursday night out, and a good excuse to start the weekend early.
Friday
The free downtown summer concert Chattanooga plans its Fridays around, with Afrobeat and reggae from Ogya plus Link & Chain on the bill. Bring a chair, grab a bite from the vendors, and settle onto the plaza for the night.
The Theatre Centre stages the full Disney musical all weekend -- Friday and Saturday evenings plus a Sunday matinee -- so there's a showtime for every family. A proper all-ages night out with all the songs the kids already know by heart.
Saturday
The Saturday marquee: Chattanooga FC takes on Orlando City B under the lights at Finley Stadium, gates at 6 with kickoff to follow. Loud crowd, cold drinks, a summer night of pro soccer downtown -- one of the best group outings on the calendar.
Sunday
The Chattanooga Market goes all in on barbecue -- pitmasters, cold beer, live music, and the market's usual deep bench of makers under the pavilion. The tastiest way to close out the weekend.
